Of all video games, what is the bestest of all time?! Why is it the bestest of all time?! I wish to know.

He's a sort of comment I made in a thread in DD about my favorite game: Chrono Cross is my darling dream. I loved that game so much. I still need to get a few endings. But I've put so many hours into that game! So much fun! Hundreds of hours of love and ecstasy! Now Chrono Cross, that, to me, was like entering a world of astonishing beauty and a euphoric field of my greatest fantasies. I adore that game so much and as a somewhat hard-core gamer who owns hundreds of games, Chrono Cross has made its way to my predilection. I looooooove Chrono Cross! I know it earned a lot of spite, and I actually dismissed it as pretty bad after getting it and I didn't play it for a couple of years. Then, I gave it another try and the asthetics appealed to me. I kept playing and playing and it got better and better. The imagery, the music, even the characters and gameplay, all of it was strangely so beautiful to me. I have the soundtrack and it's one of the best things I've ever heard. I think too many people try to consider it to be CT's sequel, which it was sort of supposed to be. It only had a few minor correlations and most of the larger ones were sort of deep in the storyline of CT. Nonetheless, or even partly because of that, I found myself enthralled by the plot and where the two stories were interlaced. It really comes together toward the end. As for the new release, I don't have a DS and if there will only be a few changes, I don't think there's much reason to get it. I really wish they continued on Chrono Break.

the badass 16 bit video game may i remind you. and when my game was smashed to pieces by my stepfather, 12 years ago, i scoured the earth lookin for the game. and came across it 3 years ago, in a no longer existing mall, in a barely stable city called "biloxi, MS". the game they had there was 54 dollars. they also had one packaged with the original guide, for 76. i opted not to purchase it. and then 1-1/2 years ago, i stumbled across it in a store called "gamers" they sold it to me for $12. i beat it in about 2 days....

Pfft, Morrowind was far superior to Oblivion. IN EVERY WAY.
Although PsychoNauts is the best game there is.

I've played only a little of Oblivion at a friend's house. It was okay. Final Fantasy is always fun. I still need to beat IX and X. I haven't played any of the others, though we have almost all of them. Is Grim Grimoire the game with the giant boobs and magical scarf?! Katamari Damacy is incredible. It takes the best things from drugs and puts them into a game. Don't know what the heck Grandia is... And don't know much about Arc the Lad.

I've played only a little of Oblivion at a friend's house. It was okay. At this juncture I'd like to point out again that Morrowind, the previous Elder Scrolls game, is so much better than Oblivion.

I've heard that Marrowind was better. I've heard that Oblivion was better. I just don't know who to believe!
Wait! Yes I do. I believe Custard.
