I'm really upset right now. Paul McCartney is having a concert in Quebec, the first time he's been to Canada in a while. My dad had been purposely flying air canada for a while so he could get a bunch of air miles. He had enough for us to go out there for the concert. And then the motherfragtasticers at Air Canada made them EXPIRE! So I lost probably my only chance to ever see him closer than through a television screen.

One time I was doing some yoga pose and my yoga teacher came up to me, practically felt up my leg and asked, "Do you dance?!" That may have been what put me off yoga. And more people don't exercise because most people have a hard time comprehending long-term benefits as opposed to immediate stuff. Yeah. I wouldn't join any creepy or suspicious yoga groups. They rip you off, too. I just look stuff up on the internet and if they seem viable, I'll try them. Carefully, though. And it's true that a lot of people are unable to really see past immediate rewards. It's a pity, really.

I would love to see Paul! You never know, though, you may get another opportunity to see him. Become one of his roadies. I hate it when jerk-offs screw you over like that. It constantly happens.

I would love it too. He's one of my heroes. The roadie thing isn't a bad idea though, lol. I hate air canada. They really suck in every way imaginable. They even have really crappy flight attendants.

mine's not something you'd notice with a close inspection, you'd notice as soon as i take off my shirt. it disgusts me really.
also, not only do i enjoy the long term benefits, i get this sadistic feeling of awesomeness, right after a workout that kicks my butt. you know?! you're breathing heavy, it hurts to move anything, and you just wanna lie down on anything and not move. i enjoy those workouts.

Such an orgasmic sensation! I love it! Yes, physical exertion is a wonderful feeling. note: One of the people I'm staying with is an Englishwoman who speaks with an exilerated vivacity that conotes eloquence and descriptiveness and it's beginning to affect me in the way that I speak/type.

I'm such a crappy dog owner- i didn't even realize you had to clip their nails when not walking them My Sassy has been slumpy, slow, and fat for a few months now and i figured old age was taking it's toll. I clipped her nails and viola- she's fast and jumpy as ever before gaaah why didn't i know that long nails slow dogs All the nail-clipping how-to websites warned that i had to buy a muzzle, and put out a million treats before i clipped her, i laughed that they had such spoiled pussy dogs and went outside and clipped away without a problem. (she's very obedient)

Some dogs need their nails trimmed regularly, some don't. It's good to know if your dog is one of those who does. Good for you for finding out that yours needed its nails cut and good for you for doing it. What kind of dog do you have?!

I don't think we've ever clipped my dog's toenails...but we walk him a lot. He doesn't seem slow or anything.
My rant is that I'm really shaky and twitchy today. Bleh.

I walked her al ot before so her nails grinded by themselves like most dogs, she's a mutt- Labrador retriever +collie.

My thumb is kind of messed up. I can't bend it all the way like most people can. But I just moved my tablet pen in a funny way and "clicked"(not really sure how else to describe what happens when I bend my thumb to far) my thumb. It really hurt.

I often can't move my thumbs without cracking them. It's annoying sometimes. My rant is that I have to go back tomorrow.

My doesn't just crack though, it's usually not possible for me to move it past a certain point unless I force it and then it does this painful click. I could get surgery on it or whatever but it's never really bothered me that much.
