I speak of the game that isn't a video game. Even nerds make fun of people who play DnD. DnD is just so nerdy, yet so much fun! Everyone should play it! There's even a rule book of sexual adventures. DnD claimed my brother a couple of years ago, and since then has claimed me too, drawing us in ever closer until we sicken ourselves. One time I even threw up on my brother during a battle against a beholder. So, has anyone ever known anyone who has played or tried this themself?! Alsooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, just because I'm curious, what would you play as?! >.> Your choices are: Human, Elf, Half-orc, Dwarf, Gnome, Halfling, Half-elf, Goblin, Kobold, or Orc. The classes are: Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Sorcerer, Wizard.

I like it. It's an opportunity to use your creativity to create worlds or use your wit to escape difficult situations.
I play as a half-elf fighter.
Am I too much of a nerd?!

Fourth edition sucks on the frozen testicles of an ogre mage, by the way.

I've never played it. If I wanted to it would have to be with these three guys I know who are so geeky it scares me sometimes.

The games I've actually played were a lot of fun. Things are complicated at first, but then when you know what you're doing, the game can move smoothly and quickly.
The fun level of the game completely depends on who you're playing with, however. Some people are really good DMs, who basically control the story and enemies and the situations that the players have to go through, and some people are terrible DMs.

Human Bard or Rogue, taking only Diplomacy, Bluff, and Disguise. I'd be a reverse trap and seduce barwenches and generally piss off my DM by refusing to go questing. Unless, of course, the quest involved ladies, whether the villain or a damsel in distress.
(Yes, I'd try and fragtastic the villain, and otherwise become her bitch)
Probably go with Neutral or Lawful Neutral, with 16 cha, 8 str, 10 con, 14 int, 12 will
Or something like that.
Edit: Damn it, this thread kind of makes me want to play.

Seriously, one time I read a thread on the chans; it's apparently really, really easy to pass as the other gender in D&D. Which makes me lol

I am a Warforged. Chaotic Evil. Barbarian 6/Fighter 1. I carry a greatsword and SMASH EVERYTHING IN MY PATH. For my coup de grace, I crush people's skulls with my hands.

Also, Arashi: half-elf for the loss. I sure hope you play primarily storyline and not a more battle-oriented game. Half-elves suck as far as racial bonuses go.

Actually, I do play more for the storyline. Although, I love to utilize the half-elf's strengths and I've created a crafty fighter who's pretty balanced all-around. Half-elves are very similar to humans, gaining more special qualities but losing out on one first-level feat.
